It all started over 13 yrs. ago when we had some physical challenges that started to affect our lives. Things were beginning to get really bad health wise.

I had started a downward spiral emotionally and physically, due to a previous stroke, and the death of 2 children. As a result, depression, Chronic Fatigue and Fibermyalgia began to caused me to live life in bed, while my 2 living sons were growing up without much of my involvement.

It was at this point we started to investigate natural health. A close friend’s husband happened to be a Atlernative Medicine Doctor. He and one of his associates started talking to us about natural means to gain control of health challenges.I started to see improvement in my health. Being able to have more energy to keep  up with life & less depression.

Since then my husband and I have been active proponents of natural health.
